RTE का इतिहास
एक महत्वपूर्ण बात :
शिक्षा मेँ सुधार हेतु गंभीरता और इमानदारी कम तथा कमजोर प्लानिँग और मेनेजमेन्ट ठीक है क्या ?
2002 मेँ संविधान की आर्टिकल 45 लागू करने हेतु एक नइ "आर्टिकल-21क. शिक्षा का अधिकार" - जोडा गया, इसके बाद 2009 मेँ उसपर RTE कानून बना, 2011 थोडा बहुत पारन शुरु हुआ, हालाँकि उस कानून मेँ कमियाँ है फिर भी एक शुरुआत तो हुइ है. शिक्षानीति के निमार्ताओ मेरी एक सलाह है वह नीतिनिर्धारण करने से पहले ता. 1 मइ, 1960 गुजरात राज्य की स्थापना के वख्त
श्री रविशंकर महाराज ने जो उदघाटन भाषण दिया था, वह आज सभी पढ ले, इस समय कितनी यथार्थ बात उन्होने कही थी.
